Moving Followers

  Hello!

  I have recently just moved my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted site, but am struggling to move my followers over to the new site.

  Old site: beautyandthescribbles.wordpress.com
  New site: beautyandthescribbles.co.uk

  Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

  Make sure that you have installed and activated the Jetpack plugin https://jetpack.com on your WordPress.ORG account and have it connected to your WordPress.COM account.
