Moving followers and subscribers using site redirect

  Hello,

  I moved my old site to a self hosted blog using the site redirect upgrade, but i can’t move the followers/subscribers to my new domain

  I need to move from
  http://comunidadimagenat.wordpress.com
  to
  http://aulaimagenat.com/blog/
