I posted in this forum because I saw someone else’s query was resolved here. Should I post the same message on .org now or will that cause confusion amongst staff?

I have this same issue; I emailed about it, but have yet to receive a response. Is this feature no longer available?

@steamboatfriday, you need to install the jetpack plugin if you have not already, and then staff can move your subscribers over for you. I’ll tag this for staff attention and hopefully they will be around soon to get those moved over for you.
Post back here after you have Jetpack installed (if you don’t already).
