Moving Followers from .com to .org

  Hi, I’ve seen on some forums that it’s possible to move followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I’m trying to move my followers from thelittleaussiebakery.wordpress.com to bestglutenfreerecipes.org with Jetpack. How can I do this?
