Moving Followers from .com to self-hosted

  Hello,

  I would like to transfer my followers from whyanot.wordpress.com to a self hosted site: fictionalthoughts.com

  I have already installed the jetpack and would love my followers to continue receiving my post and being part of my online community.

  If you could transfer my followers that would be great.

  I want to move the followers from whyanot.wordpress.com to fictionalthoughts.com
