Moving followers from one wordpress site to another

  Hi, I have two wordpress blogs in a single account. I would like to move my followers from one to the other. How can I do this? Should I send emails to all my followers through the new blog, and invite them there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
