Moving followers from wordpress.com site to another wordpress.com site

  Move followers from homelything.wordpress.com to ebboard.wordpress.com. The two sites is also owned by me.

  My email of homelything is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and ebboard.wordpress.com is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
