Moving followers from wordpress.com to self-hosted

  Hello!

  I have the following problem. It’s not major, but would be nice to have that one follower on my fairly new blog moved over from my wordpress.com blog which is originalhhchoice.wordpress.com to my wordpress.org one at thewanderingmind.me.

  How would I go about this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I can transfer your followers for you as long as your WordPress.org site has Jetpack installed and setup! Can you confirm the blog you’d like to move your subscribers from and the Jetpack linked site you’d like to transfer to?
