Moving followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hello,

  I’d like to move my followers and stats from my wordpress.com site (https://thebookishowl.wordpress.com/) to my wordpress.org site (http://www.thebookishowl.net/).

  I use the Jetpack plug-in on my .org site, if that helps.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
