Moving Followers From WordPress.com to WordPress.org self host

  Hello All,

  I am moving my blog to a self hosted site. I’ve installed the jetpack plugin to my new selfhosted site. And I would like to move my subscribers with me. On the forums, it said to contact support once you’re ready. I’ve done that and I am just putting this here also as a second stream in case my ticket was missed.

  My WordPress.com site is
  http://lovedesignlife.wordpress.com

  And I want to move those subscribers to
  http://lovedesignlife.com
