moving followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org site

  I am looking to ensure that those who signed up to follow my blog will still get my posts via email.

  I was smoothingouttheedges.wordpress.com and am not hosting on wordpress.org as smoothiongouthteedges.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
