Moving followers from wp.com to .org – including RSS feed?

Hello,
I’ve just moved my blog from frugalcitygirl.wordpress.com to frugalcitygirl.com (self-hosted), but I don’t know how this will affect my RSS feed and people who read me using Google Reader (and similar). Is there a way to point the feed to my new location without people having to unsubscribe and resubscribe?
I’d also appreciate it if a staff member could move my followers from .com to .org – I’ve installed Jetpack and everything!

No.

Yes Staff can and will transfer your email subscribers for you as I have flagged this thread for their attention. The followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.

I have decided to move back to wordpress.com… I really want the followers feature! However, now the community widget at http://tralhasdemulher.wordpress.com is empty? Did I lost all the followers with this transfer?
