Moving followers from wp.com to self-hosted

  Hi,

  I recently created a self-hosted wp site through Bluehost. I would like to transfer over my followers and anything else that can go with them (stats?)

  Please move followers from:
  idreamofpoutine.wordpress.com

  to:
  idreamofpoutine.com

  I have Jetpack already installed on the new site. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to enable via the new location.

  Hello, sorry I forgot to close this earlier.

  Well, this is sort of odd, but I was wondering if I could revert my followers from my self hosted site back to my free wordpress account? I was really struggling with being self hosted and the blogging template, that I’d like to go back.

  In short, can you please:
  followers on idreamofpoutine.com–>idreamofpoutine.wordpress.com
  There are 211 on the self hosted and since I moved them over 2 people have followed my old blog.
