Moving followers from WP.com to WP.org account

  I have moved to a self-hosted WordPress.org site http://www.chefslastdiet.com and I have installed the Jetpack plug-ins, but now need help moving my followers to my new site.
  I heard you (WP) can do this for me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, as you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you posted the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I’ll tag this thread for Staff. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  The source URL that you’ve provided is in the wrong format. Because you have a few different blogs with similar names, I need to be certain that we have the right one before going ahead with the migration.

  Is the source blog address:

  http://chefslastdiet.wordpress.com/
  or
  http://nlowell2013.wordpress.com/

  The destination URL is fine. Let me know for definite which one is correct, and I will go ahead ASAP.

  Thanks for you help with the transfer!!

  I do have one question, and perhaps I need to ask in WP.org, but since you offered…
  People are having trouble subscribing to my blog on the new site. A few have had no trouble, but one friend has tried three times today, and she’s still not getting the confirmation e-mail.
