Moving followers over to self hosted site

  I have been with wordpress.com for nearly 2 years and have just purchased my own domain name travellingbag.com.au, my posts etc have been transferred over but followers, facebook followers and stats have not. How do I organise for this to be done? The way it stands at the moment I also have no choice of theme, again how do I rectify this?
