Moving followers to my self hosted blog

  Hello,

  I would like to move my followers from my wordpress.com Blog to my new self hosted wordpress Blog.

  My old wordpress Blog is: jelastic.wordpress.com
  My new self hosted blog is: blog.jelastic.com

  I’ve installed the jetpack plugin and authentificated with WordPress.com.
