Moving followers to new self-hosted blog
-
I recently moved my wordpress blog to a self-hosted WordPress blog, and I want to move my followers as well, so that they are still seeing my posts. How do I do that? I already have Jetpack installed and my account is linked to it.
Note that my url is https://christianentertainmentreviews.com. That didn’t show up as an option under the “Select the blog you need help with,” I’m not sure why.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at 66.147.242.85 does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you’ll find help at the WordPress.org forums.
If you don’t understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.
If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It’ll help people to answer your question.

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at christianentertainmentreviews.com, as requested.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Will you please return to the first thread and wait patiently knowing that Staff serve those threads with the earliest datestamps and time stamps first, as would be expected. There are other bloggers who posted before you did.

Thank you fellow member. I’ve never used WP support before and wasn’t aware if staff look at all the posts. I’m needing to display my followers on my blog, as per an agreement with a third party, and was reminded by them again this morning.
Have a good day. -
Not to worry as Staff will move your subscribers as soon as they work their way forward to your original thread here > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/migrating-stats-and-followers?replies=2#post-1523331

@ thezombieblognet – When your subscribers are transferred, email subscribers will keep receiving email updates with your new posts. WordPress.com subscribers will not — they will only see the updates in the WordPress.com Reader. However, they are welcome to subscribe to email updates on your new site.
