Moving followers to new URL

  Hi!

  Could you please move my followers from the old URL to the new one?

  Old: http://www.pro-heraldica.de/blog
  New: http://pro-heraldica.de

  The JetPack-Plugin is installed and activated on the new site…

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s), Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.
