Moving followers to new website with WP plugin?

  Hi, I’d like some help with moving my ‘old’ subscribers/followers on WP to my new site, joannawentworth.com instead of joannawentworth.wordpress.com. (Not that I have that many, but I wouldn’t wanna just leave the ones I have just because I changed URL’s…)

  I tried finding some info about it, but all it said was to ask someone in support to help you with it.

  All help will be most appreciated. :P

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s), Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention. It’s a long weekend so please be patient while waiting.
