Moving followers to self-hosted

  I’m going self hosted but I really don’t want to lose my followers. Is it possible to do this and retain my followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah thank you so much! Just a quick question, I’m on the free wordpress plan at the moment so I can’t get plug ins, am I still able to download jetpack to move over my followers?

  You can install jetpack on your self hosted site for free, while you continue from there.
