Moving Followers to Self-Hosted Blog

  Hi,

  I’ve just set up a self-hosted blog at http://www.fatgirlphd.com and would like to transfer my followers from fatgirlphd.wordpress.com to there – is this possible?

  You need to install the jetpack plugin and then staff can move the followers over for you. Have you installed jetpack and activated it yet?

  It’s for blogs hosted at WordPress.com which are moving to WordPress.org.

  This support forum is only for those who
  1 have free hosted WordPress.com blogs
  2. have moved their content into WordPress.org installs
  3. have installed and activated the JetPack plugin on their WordPress.org install
  4. have provided bot URLs to Staff.
  Once they have done that WordPress.com Staff will transfer the WordPress.com subscribers they had to the WordPress.org install.
