Moving Followers to Self Hosted Site

  To Whom It May Concern:
  We would like to move the email followers from
  https://refermag.wordpress.com to a self-hosted site:
  http://blog.referentialmagazine.org/. We have installed JetPack on the
  self-hosted site. Is there anything
  else that we need to do?

  Please advise.

  Hey there –

  If you have already installed the Jetpack plugin, that’s all you need to do on your end. I will flag this thread for staff assistance, and they will be able to transfer your subscribers for you. Please subscribe to this thread and they will contact you once the transfer is complete!

  Hi there, I started the process to transfer your followers to your new blog at http://blog.referentialmagazine.org/ as requested. They should appear on your new blog soon.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
