Moving followers/subscribers

  Hello,

  We’ve moved our blog from wordpress.com to self-hosted wordpress and need to move our followers/subscribers.

  The old site is:
  enchantedrant.wordpress.com

  The new site is:
  http://www.enchantedrant.com

  We have jetpack installed. Can you help us with this?

  Yes, staff can move subscribers and followers for you. Please subscribe to this topic so you will know when there is a response.

  Hi Destry,

  I checked and our system is not showing a Jetpack connection for enchantedrant.com. Is Jetpack activated and did you connect Jetpack to your account here? If you go to Jetpack > Jetpack in your dashboard, there will be a “Connect to WordPress.com” button at the upper right in the green. Click on that and then connect it to your account here.

  Post back here and let me know what you find and I can then get your followers and subscribers transferred over for you.
