Moving followrs from wordpress.com to my domain

  Hi I have moved to my own domain with wordpress.org platform from capturedalive.wordpress.com. I have already installed the jetpack in my domain http://www.throodalookingglass.com. I require help in moving my followrs from wordpress.com to my domain.
