Moving free wordpress blog to my own domain

  Hi, I need help in moving my wordpress blog to my own domain. I bought my domain and has made initial website from website builder (which also provides hosting to my domain). Unfortunately it was not what I wanted.

  Is it possible to move my free wordpress in my domain even if I set up a website-builder already? Can I just delete my website-builder and replace it with my wordpress blog?

  I would appreciate any help! Thanks.
