Moving from a WordPress.com blog to a hosted one

  For those who have experienced migrating to a hosted WordPress blog, how difficult would it be to transfer all your WordPress.com blog posts to the hosted one? Is it worth it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
