Moving from another host to WordPress

  When I set up my blog I mistakenly started it with another host server and bought a domain. Can I move the hosting to WordPress? including the domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com does not at this time accept incoming domain transfers. You can however purchase the domain mapping upgrade to link your domain to your WordPress.com website.

  The domain mapping upgrade is $13 a year.
