Moving from Blogger to WP yet keeping the Blogger site intact

  Is it possible to copy content from my Blogger blog and add it to my new wordpress blog without losing the original Blogger blog? I would like to maintain both. (The reason is my Blogger blog is starting to draw attention. I think the content will have even more visitors if I place it in a wordpress platform.)

  Yes, it is possible to retain both. Duplicating the content in another blog, however, will really kill both blogs as far as search engine rankings are concerned. Search engines see duplicated content and assume you’re trying to game the system.

  So yes, it’s perfectly possible, but it’s not a good idea.

  So what are the steps to doing the blogger to wordpress transfer — is there a way I can automatically transfer my posts from blogger over to wordpress?
