Moving from .com to .org

  Please who can help me migrate from wordpress.com to wordpress.org? I understand the import part but the installing of WordPress is unknown to me.To make things clear,I registered my domain name with whogohost.com (a friend told me about them;I am novice so I just followed his advice! I did not know they are not popular). My blog http://www.samoalfred.com is hosted on wordpress.How do I make the change ? can anyone help me ? Cheers
