moving from .com to .org for e-commerce and plugins

  I want to create more of a website and use plugins and have PayPal buttons, so I need to move my getfitwithkimberly.com to a WordPress.org site and want to use GoDaddy as the host. Do you host the site now? This is a little confusing. How can I most easily make this transfer?
