Moving from .com to .org via Guided Transfer

    I want to move from WordPress.com to WordPress.org using the Guided Transfer service. Do I need to set up an account with Dreamhost (my host choice) first, and then buy the Guided Tranfer, or…
    Just not sure of the correct order in which to do things.
