moving from free site to personal plan

  how do I move an existing free WordPress site to a personal plan. I already own the domain name registered with another company

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Go to My Sites ->Switch Site and select the site you want to upgrade. Then click on Plans, select the plan you want, and complete the checkout process.

  Thanks for that. Can I move the site to a new owner who is already an admin? I set it up for a client, but now that payment plan is involved it needs to be in her name.

  You’ll want to first follow these instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  After that, have your client follow the instructions above to purchase a Personal plan.
