If I move from blogger to wordpress.com (not wordpress.org), will I lose all my STATs?

WordPress.com won’t have been collecting stats on your site if it was hosted on Blogger, so yes in that sense you will start over on stats because this site uses a different system. If you were getting Google Analytics stats previously, you can use the Business Plan to connect them to a new site hosted here.
If your question is more related to search rank, then there can always be a slight drop when your site changes from one system to another. If you keep the same custom domain name and redirect traffic from your old site, this should recover soon.
