moving from hosted to wordpress.com

    hi….I have purchased a domain from siteground.com and also have my site hosted through them. I would like to move all my data from them to wordpress.com. I have a theme that I purchased and own. I’m a complete novice at the backend stuff and had to have siteground set everything up. Can you offer some guidance on how to move my site in its entirety from siteground to you? As well as how to handle the domain that I purchased through them to have it transition as well to wordpress.com?

    Is your site on Siteground a self-hosted WordPress.org site? If you aren’t sure, feel free to send me the URL and I’ll a take a look :)

    Once I know more, I’ll help you work out the best way to move over to WordPress.com.
