Moving from paid domain to WP domain

    I’m trying to move my blog (soundscryer.wordpress.com) from a paid host to the (I think & hope) free hosting available through WordPress. I paid for another year of WordPress and discontinued the paid hosting, but I can’t find a section in Help that tells me what I need to change in order to make the site accessible again. Please let me know the best next steps as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Hey Michael,

    It looks like you have soundscryer.com registered with a registrar other than WordPress. On your WordPress.com account you have an upgrade to map this domain name to your soundscryer.wordpress.com address – set to expire on the 12th of June 2014.

    In order to switch back to using soundscryer.wordpress.com, you need to go to the following URL, select it, and click ‘Update Primary Domain’.

    https://soundscryer.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

    After that your blog should shortly be available again at the soundscryer.wordpress.com address.
