moving from self-hosted to own domain and space

  I registered a self-hosted wordpress blog, i redirected it to my own domain and it is working fine but now I want to move it to its own hosting (in order to use external themes) but keep the same domain. I’ve already payed the service and now I need to configure it, I just don’t know how to do it.
