Moving from WIX

  Hey.

  We have our website with WIX but want to move across to WordPress. Need the website up and running on WIX until we set up the new one with WordPress. Should I transfer domain or map domain without moving? Thanks!

  Hello,

  You can see the details about moving content from Wix to WordPress here:

  Import from Wix

  Your Wix website will stay intact while the content is being moved to WordPress.
  For the time being, you will use the temporary domain and when the website is ready, you can move or map the domain to WordPress and start using the new site on the same URL you previously used the Wix one.
