Moving from Wix to WP

Hello,
I’m considering moving from Wix to WP but I don’t know how to do it.
Is it possible to transfer the site and constance as is?
Is it possible to build a site ‘offline’ and when the new site is ready, then publish it?
Do you have build service?Thank you very much

For a WordPress.com website your best bet is to find a theme that looks as much like your Wix site as possible and rebuild your website from scratch.
If that wont work, it gets a little more complicated. Wix doesn’t generate an export file, and you need one to import your blog to WordPress.com. So, you’ll first need to import your Wix RSS feed to another platform that can import a feed, and then generate an XML export file from THAT platform which you can import here. Yes, your WordPress.com site can be set to private while you work on it. Once it’s finished you can then set it to be visible to the public:
