Moving from wordpress.com to bluehost
-
Hi I need to update the email for billing and move data from wordpress.com, woo commerce paid extensions to blue host. I’ve contacted Bluehost, but Bluehost team has no access to update an email or the content within wordpress.com.

Hi there,
All three sites on the account you’re contacting us from are hosted by Bluehost. You don’t have a WordPress.com site.
Furthermore, WordPress.com (us) and Bluehost are two separate hosting companies and the email address you have on your WordPress.com account is not associated with your Bluehost account.
Please share more information on what exactly you’re trying to do so I can further help you.

Hi,
Thank you for your msg.
The issue is, that the website is hosted with Bluehost, but to have stats, to connect woo commerce, and jet pack we need a WordPress account. But the wrong WordPress account got connected to this website. Now we need to disconnect the website from this account and connect it to the new one. But in the settings there’s only the “hide” option.
Otherwise, in the woo commerce invoices appears the wrong contact email. + few free plugins from woo commerce were installed on this account.
We contacted Bluehost and they gave us a link to contact you and we partially copied their email to create this topic.
Is there a way to move the website from one account to another.
Thank you

Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like you need to change the Jetpack connection owner for each site.
If so, that’s something you can do yourself. We can’t help with Jetpack issues on the WordPress.com forums, but I can point you in the right direction.
Follow the steps here to disconnect each site:
Then – log out of your WordPress.com account here: https://wordpress.com/me
Then, follow the steps here to reconnect each site – when prompted, log into the WordPress.com user account that the sites need to be connected to and that would take care of the Jetpack connection.
You will likely need to reach out to WooCommerce Support to associate the items under your account with the correct WordPress.com user account.
Again, we can’t help with these things in the WordPress.com forums, so if you need help with those Jetpack connections please contact Jetpack Support about this via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not.
For WooCommerce, if you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Or if you’re using any premium or payment gateway add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
I hope that helps!
