Moving from .wordpress.com to .com

  I’m currently blogging under http://www.peppytravelgirl.wordpress.com. I want to move to http://www.peppytravelgirl.com. How do I do this? Will choosing an upgrade plan be enough?
  I’m a little new to this, would really appreciate the help :)
