Moving from .wordpress.com to .com domain

my blog url is http://basunivesh.wordpress.com and I am planning to register domain with http://www.basunivesh.com and hosting too with others but not from wordpress. Now my doubt is, how can I move from my existing blog contents to new domain and hosting using wordpress different theme?

A good plugin to install initially too, is Jetpack, it will give you a lot of the features available on wordpress.com, that are not included by default on a self-hosted wordpress site.
