moving from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Good evening. I`m trying to transfer my website from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I already purchase a host packet and downloaded the wordpress.org file.

  I purchased a host packet with your partner Hostgator, but i can`t access my admin panel.

  I know that i have to install the wordpress.org file into my host admin panel, but I don`t know how to do that.

  Id like to know what to do next, im having some problems with that. thank you
