Moving from WordPress.com to Worpress.org

  Unclear whether I should be asking here or on wordpress.org, but I’ve moved my site to a self hosted one. Something I can’t figure out is whether it is possible to transfer all the subscriptions as well? Had quite a lot of subscribers (couple of hundred) and it would be a shame if they all had to subscribe again.
