Moving from WordPress.org to WordPress.com

  Hi All,

  I am not great with tech-stuff so am doing my best to wade through this but am hoping I can get some help!

  I currently have a blog through wordpress.org and have found these instructions on how to switch my blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ but want to be certain it will switch everything over. If I follow these instructions should my entire blog (all my posts, pictures, everything) be moved over? Then can I delete the data base and cancel my current host?

  Hopefully I am being clear!

  My update and dilemma (10 minutes later!): I have been following the instructions had it has apparently finished importing my old blog but it has left out all my 2011 and December 2010 posts. No clue why (I have checked for everything I could think of). HELP!
