moving from wp.com to wp.org?

    I know this isn’t really this community’s exact area of expertise, but I thought I would ask anyways because I can’t seem to get it working. the Ocean Mist theme here on wp.com breaks up the blogroll widget into categories according to the different link’s categories. Since I moved over to using wp.org on my own server, the Ocean Mist theme (or any theme for that matter) no longer does that anymore. I assume either wp.com is using a modified links widget or a modified version of the theme. Does anyone know which it is, and, if possible, how I could get that over to my own stuff on wp.org?
