Moving gmail management from WordPress back to google

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

I am no longer going to use WordPress and would like all of my Google workspace management to go back to Google rather than through WordPress.

If I cancel the subscription here, will it continue as normal managed on Google directly?

I do not want to risk losing my business email.

    Thank you

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

You can cancel your full Google Workspace subscription from your Purchases. This will revoke all licenses.

By canceling your entire Google Workspace subscription on WordPress.com (i.e., all licenses), your Google Workspace account will be transferred to Google automatically. You will receive an email from Google with instructions on how to set up billing on their end.

If a Google Workspace subscription is canceled after 30 days, Google puts your Google Workspace account in a 30-day grace period. If you want to keep using your Google Workspace, you can set up billing with Google before the grace period ends.

If you transfer your Google Workspace account to Google, you will lose the remaining period of your current billing plan with WordPress.com. We are not able to refund you for the remaining period. We can issue a refund for your Google Workspace purchase or renewal only when you cancel your Google Workspace account within 14 days of the purchase or renewal.

    I hope that clarifies things!
