Moving GSuite to Google

    I have followed all instructions to cancel GSuite from my WordPress account so that is directly with Google. However, I have not received an email notification as was explained would happen. It also appears that Google still thinks my account is managed by Automattic.

    I would like to know how to begin managing my GSuite/Workspace account directly with Google. I do have time left on current subscription but feel there should be some indication in Google that it is there and that I can manage it.

    Please advise.

    Hi @lwardlee, I can see the Google Workspace account is still active here. Can you share a link to the instructions you used, and, may we work through them for you? We’ll want to ensure the instructions are working.
