Moving Homepage "Welcome" ontop of the featured picture

    is there anyway to move the word “welcome” on the homepage to the bottom left hand corner of the featured picture?

    If the image is only used on the Welcome page, and you are able to edit the original image, then you can add text as an overlay in any font/colour, and upload the revised image to you site.

}
