moving images from one page/gallery to another

    How do I move images from one gallery to another. I have all my jewelry designs listed on different pages such as “earrings” “necklaces” etc. I would like to create a “sold” page and move the images of everything I’ve sold from their original page. Do I just hit the “x” to remove it from one gallery (in the edit gallery mode) and then go to the media library to add it to the new page?
