Moving Jetpack Subscribers…?

  Can you move my Jetpack subscribers (oops, I mean followers) from blog.koneamericas.com to blog.kone.us? For corporate mumbo-jumbo reasons I’ve had to relocate our blog to a new domain and a new copy of WordPress. Thanks!
